Pesto Spinach Flatbread

Keto-friendly. This recipe has a crust that is creamy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Makes for an incredibly delicious pizza crust.


1 cup blanched finely ground almond flour

2 ounces cream cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup chopped fresh spinach leaves

Basil pesto


Place flour, cream cheese, and mozzarella in a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high 45 seconds. Stir.

Fold in spinach. Microwave 15 seconds. Stir until a soft ball forms.

Cut two pieces of parchment paper to fit the air fryer basket. Separate dough into two sections and press out for create 6” rounds.

Spread 1 tablespoon pesto over each flat-bread and place into basket.

Set temperature to 350 degrees for 8 minutes or until golden.

Let cool several minutes before serving.
