If you're on a budget and are looking for a cheap and super easy, quick dinner; this is the perfect all-in-one meal.

Ingredients:

8 pack boneless porkchops

1 can apple pie filling

1 box Stove Top stuffing

Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Salt

Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Salt and pepper the porkchops. In a large skillet, fry the porkchops in the olive oil until thoroughly cooked to 165 degrees. While the porkchops are frying, grease a 9x11 baking dish.

When the porkchops are thoroughly cooked, remove and add to the baking dish.

Prepare the stuffing per the instructions on the box but add ½ cup more water. When the stuffing is done, stir in the apple pie filling and add on top of the pork chops.

Bake until the stuffing is a golden brown on top and is heated through.

Serve immediately.
