
What's for a Snack? Roasted Spice Pumpkin Seeds

Pumpkins are, of course, a staple of Fall. But don't throw away those pumpkin seeds. Instead make this very tasty and healthy snack.
Ingredients:
1 ½ tablespoons melted margarine
½ teaspoon salt
sprinkle garlic salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds
Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
Combine the first four ingredients. Then toss in the pumpkin seeds until well-coated.
Place in a shallow baking dish and bake for 1 hour, occasionally stirring.
