Pumpkin is a cheerful, loving 11-year-old pup who recently lost the only home she’s ever known after her owner became too ill to care for her. Despite the heartbreak, Pumpkin still has a spark in her step and a heart full of love to give.
Fully housebroken and friendly with other dogs, Pumpkin is also completely indifferent to cats—making her a great fit for a multi-pet household. She knows how to sit and even give paw, and she thrives on human companionship.
At about 50 pounds, Pumpkin could benefit from a few more walks and a bit less kibble, but she’s eager to get back to a healthier lifestyle with someone by her side. She’s affectionate, gentle, and would be the perfect companion for someone ready to open their heart to a senior sweetheart.
