3 tablespoons buttermilk
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup evaporated milk, more may be needed
½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
¼ cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon prepared mustard
2 tablespoons Cheddar cheese powder
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar
12 ounces refrigerated prepared gnocchi
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Which in flour until no more lumps are seen and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Whisk in cream, milk, Worcestershire Sauce, and mustard until smooth. Stir in Cheddar cheese and cheese powder until cheese melts. For a thinner sauce add more milk. Stir in gnocci. Pour mixture into a baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve immediately.
