Use up leftover ham with this filling and money-saving recipe. It's quick and easy and perfect for comfort food.
Ingredients:
3 Biscuit mix
1 lb. or more chopped ham
shredded or cubed cheddar cheese; as much as you desire
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Make the biscuit mix according to directions on the box. You can also make homemade bicuits but make the mix somewhat runny. Stir in chopped ham and cheese.
Fill each cup of muffin pan with mix and bake. Muffins are done when toothpick comes out clean. About 25 minutes.
