Very quick and easy recipe for those nights you're lacking the energy to prepare a big meal. Prep time: 5 min |Cook time: 10 min Ingredients: Shrimp (peeled) broccoli florets butter garlic lemon juice salt pepper rice or pasta Prepare: Steam or microwave broccoli until just tender. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp, season, and cook until pink (about 3 min each side). Toss in broccoli and a squeeze of lemon. Serve over rice or pasta.
