Indiana Department of Health announces two West Nile cases

The Indiana Department of Health has announced two cases of the West Nile Virus in Clark and Floyd Counties. Lee Green warns the public to do as much prevention as possible on your property and your person.

Use mosquito repellent and treat your yard, minimize time outdoors, wear long-sleeve; light-colored shirts and pants, make sure doors and window screens are tightly fitting and in good repair, and do not let stagnant water collect around your home.
