During the first meeting of the year, the Board of Commissioners reorganized its leadership positions. Commissioner Randy Julian was unanimously elected as President, with Commissioner Greg Prince taking on the role of Vice President. Both Julian and Prince accepted their roles.

President Julian clarified the responsibilities of the position, emphasizing that the president's primary duty is to facilitate meetings and sign documents on behalf of the board, but all commissioners hold equal decision-making power.

“This is a role of facilitation and representation,” Julian stated. “Any actions requiring my signature are only carried out with the agreement of the full board.”

The board expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to serve their community and looks forward to working together in the upcoming term.
